Indemnity: Half a month’s salary for each year taught at AAG to be received upon completion of service

Relocation allowance: 120 KD

Personal days: Three per academic year, 10 KD paid for each day not used at the end of the year

Sick Leave: Six days / year

Emergency leave: Handled case by case

Bereavement leave: Five days with pay/five days without pay

Airline ticket: Provided to and from your point of origin every summer

Housing: Apartment (Single, two-bedroom)

Transportation: Provided to and from school

Medical care: Provided by the state of Kuwait + 70% optional private coverage

All salaries are paid in Kuwaiti dinars and are deposited into your account on a monthly basis.
